I'm kind of on the fence with these guys. I purchased them for Man who like enjoys this kind. He ate ¼ and it did nothing. Next time he ate ½ and it made him feel tierd and hungry. He figured he would be fine to eat a whole one next time .... big mistake he was so high he couldn't function! He could hardly talk ! He tried to go to sleep a few hours later and couldn't sleep at all. Was up most the night with his heart pounding outa his chest. .... he wont be doing a full rope again !!!!
