Have been taking these for almost a month now! They have helped so much with my anxiety and being able to sleep better on my days off! I work Night shift so that can sometimes be an issue.

I like the flavor and these gummies are great . Will definitely be getting more . They help me relax and I am sleeping much better at night and feel great the next day .

1 or 2 gummies and my migraine is gone. Flavors are rich! Effectiveness is consistent every time. I also use for pain in my ankle. Had a bad break years ago. Nothing helped without making me feel groggy. The gummies work great!
