I purchased this product and I really like it. I would like to tell you about how it reacts on me. Well I started out with one piece the first night then the next night I kinda went crazy with it I took a few more pieces and then it was I thought I was fine. So I have to really have to tell you that if you think that you can handle anything you shouldn’t be a big man and just take one or two pieces to start
